Against All Odds, Inc. is a non-profit corporation, which works with current cancer patients and their families and caregivers. The agency has been granted 501(3)(c) tax-exempt status. The purpose of this corporation is to provide guidance in the areas of research and patient advocacy. The information provided should never be used as a substitute for professional health care.

The staff members of Against All Odds are volunteers who have either survived cancer or who have served as a caregiver for a cancer patient or are interested in assisting cancer patients and their families. The volunteers who provide assistance to clients are not healthcare professionals. As such, these volunteers enjoy the limited liability protection pursuant to NH RSA 508:17.
